Our service is hosted on Hostinger servers located in France. By using our service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed and stored in this location.

When you log in using your Google account (OAuth2), you grant us access to your YouTube Statistics (views, likes, comments, etc.). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. If you wish to have your data removed, please contact us and we will promptly delete all your information.

Our use of your Google user data is strictly limited to providing and improving the user-facing features of our service. We will not use this data for advertising, selling to data brokers, or any other purpose not directly related to our service functionality.

All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not handle payment information directly. You are responsible for managing your payment details and subscriptions through your Stripe account.

Our features require data access (e.g., YouTube Analytics). By using our service, you acknowledge that your data will be use to provide our service.

We use cookies for session management in order to maintain your session state.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We regularly review and update our security practices to enhance data protection.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your information from our systems within 30 days. You can request data deletion by contacting us directly.

ViewSponsors uses the YouTube API Services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

The materials on ViewSponsors are provided on an 'as is' basis. ViewSponsors makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

ViewSponsors is a platform that allows you to manage your mediakit. You are responsible for the content you post on your mediakit and for the actions of your viewers. ViewSponsors is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of the use of the platform.

ViewSponsors may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
